Yes, all hair extensions and lace wigs sold here at BeyondHair are made from 100% real human hair. All cuticle layers remain intact which makes us the best quality hair on the market. 

Virgin hair refers to hair that has never been processed and which remains completely pure and natural. To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including not having been permed, dyed, coloured, bleached or chemically processed in any way. It’s virgin quality makes it the healthiest and purest hair to work with, meaning it is the pinnacle of hair extensions as it can be used time and time again. It’s the reason why VIRGIN hair extensions are so popular amongst celebrities.
Being a natural hair products means that no two bundles are exactly the same (colour, texture etc) but we try our best to match like for like as much as possible. 

Being a natural product our hair comes in its natural state. Colours range from very light to very dark brown. 

Machine weft hair is hair that has been sewn together by machine to create a tracking effect and has been tied at the upper ends.

Treat your hair extensions just like your own to get longevity out of your hair extensions. As we only supply real human hair extensions, they can be straightened, blow dried, coloured and washed just like your existing hair. Your extensions can last for months or even years. They will last longer if you care for them and treat them correctly. Also follow our hair care guide and if chemically treating your hair and please do so professionally.

The number of bundles you need to completely cover your head depends on how full you like your hair.

As a guide -  (For leave out or accompanied with a lace closure or frontal)

10" - 12" -  2 bundles

14" - 22" -  3 bundles

24"+  -  4 bundles

Yes you can dye, bleach, relax and chemically treat your extensions.  We strongly recommend that you do this professionally.  Any chemical processing can alter the texture, patterns and quality of your extensions.

Both lace systems are made from thin Swiss lace and the virgin hair is delicately hand tied onto the lace to give that realistic, undetectable appearance. Size is the most obvious difference:

Our Lace Closures measures 4" X 4" inches is usually placed from temple to temple (where you would usually have a natural leave out) . 

Our Lace Frontals are placed at the front of your head from ear to ear. The standard size is 13x4" inches. Due to its large surface area, Lace Frontals allow you more versatility and parting space. 

Please bare in mind when deciding on the desired length of your curly hair extensions, that to keep in mind the length of curly hair is measured when straight and not when curly.  It is advisable to go up a length to get the length your require.

We offer Standard to Next Day Delivery options in the UK - ranging from 1-4 working days.  We deliver worldwide also. Please see our Delivery page for full information.

You can take advantage of our 14-day money-back guarantee. You must return the hair within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. Returns requested or sent after 14 days will not be accepted.

To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept human hair products that have been used or altered. This includes hair that has been:

  • Removed from the original bundle or cable ties
  • Brushed, combed, or picked
  • Washed, colored, or cut

No. All purchases made using a discount code or bought during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product is physically faulty.

Once we receive your return, we will thoroughly examine the hair. If it passes inspection, we will process your refund. It can take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's specific processing times.

Yes, exchanges are offered at Beyond Hair's sole discretion under the following rules:

  • You must apply for the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The hair must be completely unused, unaltered, and still attached to its original cable ties.
  • You can exchange the product for an item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference.
