DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Delays For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail to the billing address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments

International Shipments
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Exchanges/ Refunds

Occasionally, BeyondHair, at its sole discretion may, exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:

Applications must be made within 14 days of receiving the product (s).

Any exchange request after 14 days will not be accepted.

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed) in any way. According to the Health and Safety Regulations, you can not return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law. Please return the item in its original condition and resalable condition.

The product should be replaced by something of equal or greater value.

To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at your expense. We suggest you send through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

Please note, customers will be required to cover the diffrerence if exchanged for a greater value and also the shipping costs.

Can I dye, bleach, and heat-style my hair extensions?

Yes, absolutely. Because all of our bundles, wigs, and closures are made from authentic, unprocessed human hair, you have total styling freedom. You can blow-dry, flat-iron, curl, perm, and dye the hair just as you would your own tresses. However, because our hair is a premium investment, we always recommend using a high-quality heat protectant spray and having major color transformations done by a professional stylist to preserve the hair's longevity.

How many bundles do I need to order for a full install?

It depends entirely on the length you choose! Each of our bundles weighs approximately 100g.

For lengths between 10” and 14”, 2 bundles are usually enough.
For lengths between 16” and 22”, 3 bundles is the standard for a full, flawless look.
For lengths 24” and beyond, we recommend 3 to 4 bundles (or more) to ensure your hair stays thick and voluptuous all the way to the ends.
(Note: If you are pairing your bundles with a lace closure or frontal, you may need slightly less hair).

What is the difference between a Lace Closure and a Lace Frontal?

Both options are designed to give you a flawless, natural-looking parting without exposing your own hair, but they offer different levels of coverage:

A Lace Closure typically comes in a square template (like 4x4 inches) and sits perfectly at the crown of your head. It gives you a set parting space (middle or side) and is low-maintenance.
A Lace Frontal spans from ear to ear (typically 13x4 inches), covering your entire hairline. This gives you ultimate styling versatility, allowing you to pull your hair back into sleek ponytails or part it anywhere along the front.
